Returns

We accept returns within 10 days of delivery.

Where returns are accepted, items must be returned in the same condition they were received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging or as otherwise indicated in the return instructions. We may reduce your refund if the item has been used, damaged, or handled more than necessary.

How to start a return

Please contact us before returning any item. Returns and cancellations are subject to our return policy and applicable laws.

Unless stated otherwise, return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns are your responsibility.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exceptions and non-returnable items

Accessories items not be eligible for return.

Exchanges

To exchange an item, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and approved.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

If you do not see your refund within a reasonable period of time since your refund was approved, contact us.
