Shipping

Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days.

Domestic delivery:
2–7 business days

International delivery:
7–14 business days depending on destination country and customs clearance.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Complimentary shipping is available on orders above ₹1,990.

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original condition.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer after confirmation of banking details by email. once the return has been approved.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer care team and we will assist you promptly.
